Summary: We all loved our stay here. The house layout was just right for the six of us, two grandparents, two parents and two teenagers. Carole responded very quickly to all our questions and this is much appreciated. OK, so there are stairs and steps which need care and low doorways which need to be remembered, but these are no problem for us. We were there for two very hot weeks and pool was just perfect.

Summary: If anything, the pictures „undersell“ the property. It is really spacious both inside and outside with plenty of cosy places to sit, relax, and eat. Very well equipped including bikes that we were allowed to use. The area is beautiful with plenty to do. Very nice hosts, welcoming and flexible. Communication was always prompt and easy. Highly recommended!

Summary: We enjoyed staying at Carole's house in Tossiat! I loved how uniquely the house was decorated, and the kitchen was very well stocked and fun to cook in. The crowning feature of this house, however, is the wonderful terrace and pool area! It was just beautiful. A wonderful place to have breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as hang out and relax by the pool. The only watch out for Americans who are used to air conditioning is ... the bedrooms can get very hot in the summer. The stone house kept the downstairs quite cool although we were there during an unusual heat wave (high temps around 95 F, 35 C); however, the bedrooms were very hot. A few fans in the house would have been nice. Overall, however, I would definitely recommend this property. You can walk into town where there is a bakery, butcher, etc (very nice people, too), but you are quite close to both Lyon and Geneva.
